At Luren, we aim to provide a clear, reliable, and transparent experience for all customers. Our policies reflect our actual procedures while complying with Merchant and payment-processor guidelines.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Customers may request a refund or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.
To qualify:

The item must be in original, unused condition.

Original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories should be included.

Items showing wear, damage, or missing parts not caused by Luren may not be eligible.
Note: In most cases, products purchased from Luren do not need to be physically returned. Refunds and exchanges are usually processed after confirmation through our supplier.
2. Exchanges
If you request an exchange:

Once approved, we will provide instructions by email.

A replacement item will be shipped to the same delivery address used in the original order.

Physical returns may not be required, depending on the item and supplier policies.
3. Refunds
For approved refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For card payments processed through Stripe, the refund may appear on the current or next billing cycle, depending on the card issuer.

Other payment methods will be refunded to the original account used.
Refund processing time: up to 14 business days after approval.

4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, customers may request a refund after the package has been delivered, following our standard process.

6. Our Commitment

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
