Warranty Policy

At LUREN, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Every LUREN watch is covered by a 1-Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty, effective from the date of delivery.

This Warranty Policy is separate from our Refund Policy. Within the first 14 days after delivery, please refer to our Refund Policy for returns and exchanges. After this period, and for up to 1 year from delivery, only manufacturing defects are covered under this Warranty Policy. This warranty does not include the right to a refund.

What this warranty covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, meaning faults that result directly from the materials or workmanship used in producing the watch. Examples include:

  • A movement that fails to function correctly under normal use, without any external cause.
  • A defect present at the time of delivery that was not caused by impact, misuse, or wear.

What this warranty does not cover

To keep this warranty fair and sustainable for both our customers and our business, the following are not coveredunder any circumstances:

  • Loss, theft, or disappearance of the product.
  • Battery replacement, which is considered routine maintenance, not a manufacturing defect.
  • Scratches, cracks, or damage to the glass, case, strap, or clasp resulting from impact, drops, pressure, or daily wear.
  • Surface coating wear, finish fading, or discoloration resulting from normal use over time.
  • Damage caused by water exposure beyond the stated water-resistance rating of the model.
  • Damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized repair attempts, exposure to chemicals (perfumes, solvents, cleaning agents), or extreme temperatures.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fading, minor surface marks, or natural aging of materials over time.
  • Any product where the original proof of purchase cannot be provided.

How the warranty works

  1. If you believe your watch has a manufacturing defect, contact us at lurenwatch@gmail.com within the 1-year warranty period, including your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the defect.
  2. Our team will assess the claim. LUREN reserves the sole right to determine, at its own discretion, whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect or falls outside the scope of this warranty (e.g., wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage).
  3. If the claim is approved, LUREN will, at its own discretion, repair the item, replace it with the same or an equivalent model, or issue a partial resolution. This warranty does not guarantee a full refund, a specific repair method, or a replacement of the exact original model if it is no longer available.
  4. Shipping costs associated with a warranty claim (sending the item to us for assessment) are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in writing by our team.
  5. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

General conditions

  • This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly through luren.shop. Products purchased through unauthorized third parties are not covered.
  • Any attempt at repair, modification, or servicing by a party other than LUREN or an authorized technician will void this warranty immediately.
  • This warranty does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
  • LUREN reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time, without prior notice. Changes will not affect claims submitted prior to the update.
